New applications for the Turkish worker visa have now closed. However, you can apply for a new one if you are still in the UK.

You must have a Turkish worker visa and be applying from within the UK.

Financial maintenance

The profits from this business must be enough to support you while you’re in the UK.

Length of stay

You can normally extend your visa as long as your business is still going. After five years you may be able to apply for permanent right to remain. This allows you to live and work in the UK and claim benefits for as long as you like.
