New applications for the Turkish businessperson visa have now closed. However, if you already have the right to be in the UK under an existing visa, you can apply to have it extended.

Eligibility

Must have an active Turkish businessman visa and not have broken any immigration laws.

Financial maintenance

The profits from this business must be enough to support you while you’re in the UK.

Length of stay

You can normally extend your visa as long as your business is still going. After five years, you may be able to apply for permanent right to remain. This allows you to live and work in the UK and claim benefits.
